IMAGE - IN VAIN

There's a whole other world outside that door, the door that hinges on death, just like our friend leans on it for support. A good old friend whose presence he never doubted or really wanted. But the whole bag needs counted right now, coins like sand. Playing with it to pass the time. Our souls are wasted in the counting. The sands, the illusions, the money that is survival that becomes joy that melts into shadows when a real light shines in our lives.

  1. Mark Vonnegut refers to money as LUBRICATION in his memoir, "Eden Express".

If you ever think you are going nuts, read this book.
